Common use of Tests and Construction Clause in Contracts

Tests and Construction. Lessee shall have the right at any time following the full execution of this Agreement to enter upon the Property for the purpose of making appropriate engineering and boundary surveys inspections, soil test borings, other reasonably necessary tests and constructing the Lessee Facilities (as defined in Paragraph 6(a) below).

Tests and Construction. Lessee shall have the right at any reasonable time following the full execution of this Agreement to enter upon the Property Land for the purpose of making appropriate engineering and boundary surveys surveys, inspections, soil test borings, other reasonably necessary tests and constructing the Lessee Facilities (as defined in Paragraph 6(a6 (a) below), after giving 24 hours’ telephonic notice to Lessor of its intent to enter to conduct such tests. A copy of all test results shall be provided to Lessor by Lessee upon receipt of same.
