Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers notice to Tenant to the contrary, Landlord’s Agent is authorized to act as Landlord’s agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from Landlord’s Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.
Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord shall render written notice to Tenant to the contrary, Tishman Speyer Properties, L.P. is authorized to act as Landlord's agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall direct all correspondence and requests to, and shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from, Tishman Speyer Properties, L.P., as agent for the Landlord in accordance with Article 27. Tenant acknowledges that Tishman Speyer Properties, L.P. is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Tishman Speyer Properties, L.P. nor any of its direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.
Landlord’s Agent. The LANDLORD authorizes the following person(s) to manage the PREMISES on behalf of the LANDLORD:
Landlord’s Agent. Landlord has hired Agent as its property manager to conduct and handle all business for South Campus Commons. This includes addressing tenant issues, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, and collection of Base Rents and other rents, fees and charges set forth in this Lease. Note that when the word Landlord is referenced herein, Agent is authorized to act on Landlord’s behalf.
Landlord’s Agent. Bobcat Rentals LLC, located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxx 00000-0000, serves as the agent for Landlord and is authorized to act on behalf of the Landlord on all issues in this lease.
Landlord’s Agent. The Landlord may perform any of its obligations or exercise any of its rights hereunder through such agency as it may from time to time determine and the Tenant shall, as from time to time directed by the Landlord, pay to any such agent any moneys payable hereunder to the Landlord.
Landlord’s Agent. All rights and remedies of Landlord under this Lease or that may be provided by law may be executed by Landlord in its own name individually, or in the name of its agent, and all legal proceedings for the enforcement of any such rights or remedies, including those set forth in Article 14, may be commenced and prosecuted to final judgment and execution by Landlord in its own name or in the name of its agent.
Landlord’s Agent. If the Landlord Agency box at the top of page 1 is checked, the parties agree the following applies:
Landlord’s Agent. All rent and other payments, and any notices required under this Lease to be given to Landlord, shall be paid or delivered, as the case may be, to Landlord's Agent. Landlord reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to change Landlord's Agent or to direct Tenant to pay rent and other sums due hereunder and/or to deliver notices directly to Landlord, which instruction shall become effective immediately upon delivery to Tenant of a written notice thereof.
Landlord’s Agent. Landlord has hired Agent as its property manager to conduct and handle all business for The Courtyards at University of Maryland. This includes addressing tenant issues, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, and collection of Base Rent and other rents, fees and other charges set forth in this Lease. Note that when the word Landlord is referenced herein, Agent is authorized to act on Landlord’s behalf.
