Testing. 1. When reasonable suspicion exists, employees must submit to alcohol, marijuana, and/or controlled substance testing when required by the Employer. A refusal to test is considered the same as a positive test. When an employee is referred for testing, he/she will be removed immediately from duty and transported to the collection site. The cost of reasonable suspicion testing, including the employee’s salary will be paid by the Employer.
