Testing Times. The District will provide inspection and testing at its cost during the normal eight (8) hour day Monday through Friday (except holidays). Work by the Contractor outside of the normal eight (8) hour day shall constitute an authorization from the Contractor to the District to provide inspection and testing as required outside of the normal eight (8) hour day. Contractor shall provide adequate time for inspections so as to not delay the Work. An advanced timing protocol may be established pursuant to Article 10. If the Contractor is behind Schedule then it is incumbent on the Contractor to provide advance forecast through look ahead of the anticipated date for inspection so the Inspector may plan their activities so as to not delay the Project. Contractor shall reimburse District for any additional costs associated with inspection and testing (including re-inspection and re-testing) outside the normal eight-hour day and for any retests caused by the Contractor pursuant to Article 10.4.

  • Starting Times Each site principal with input from the leadership team shall determine the starting times for staff members within legal requirements and exactly equal to the work day as set forth in Article 8.1.

  • Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.

  • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any employee after being hired and reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, designated holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • WAITING TIME Those employees working on a project who are entitled to receive subsistence allowance shall be paid a lump sum as waiting time based on the applicable straight time rate provided for in the Schedules attached hereto as follows:

  • Reporting TIPS Sales Vendor must report all TIPS Sales to TIPS. If a TIPS sale is initiated by Vendor receiving a TIPS Member’s purchase order from TIPS directly, Vendor may consider that specific TIPS Sale reported. Otherwise, with the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.   • Travelling Time and Fares Employees will be paid an excess fares allowance as prescribed by Schedule A per day where they have entitlement to this allowance under the Parent Award. Where an employee has an entitlement to the average excess travelling time payment pursuant to sub-clause

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 TeleConex will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. TeleConex must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, TeleConex will be required to provide the results of the TeleConex test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
