TESTING OFF-SITE Clause Samples
The 'Testing Off-Site' clause defines the requirements and procedures for conducting tests on materials, equipment, or components at locations other than the main project site. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which off-site testing is permitted, such as at a manufacturer's facility or a certified laboratory, and may specify notification, access, and reporting obligations for both parties. Its core practical function is to ensure that quality and compliance standards are met even when testing occurs away from the project site, thereby maintaining oversight and accountability throughout the supply chain.
