Common use of Testing Copies Clause in Contracts

Testing Copies. Sprint has the right to make copies of and install, execute, use, copy, test, display and perform the Software Product for internal testing purposes including, without limitation (i) testing for date arithmetic functions; (ii) testing of disaster recovery plan procedures and effectiveness; and (iii) testing to validate the Soft-▇▇▇▇ Product before placing it on application development and production processors or placing it in a production environment.
