With the exception of cases (a) of willful misconduct, (b) gross negligence or (c) where HiveMQ fraudulently conceals a breach of Subsection “Warranty Scope” above, HiveMQ does not warrant for any features, functions, functionalities or Services designated alpha or beta and/or which are provided free of charge (such as Evaluation Software).
