Test Information. Results of verification testing on the applicant SCR are to be detailed on the third sheet of the application form. Completion of this page is not required for application to the APCTVC for verification of a technology; the APCTVC will be providing the test results. However, the applicant is encouraged to report all available test data, which can be used by the APCTVC to better plan the ETV test program for the applicant’s technology. These existing test data will not be included in the verification report. The Explan_Tests page of the guidance document provides information for completing this page.
Test Information. 2.6.1 The Parties shall retain joint-ownership of the Test Information generated during the Research Program. Further, the Parties agree not to disclose publicly any Test Information except as provided below. 2.6.2 Each Party shall have the right to use the reports and summaries of the Test Information in its own research activities conducted in connection with the Research Program. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, without the express prior written consent of the other, neither Party nor any of its Affiliates, officers, employees, advisors or consultants may (i) disclose to any third party, or publish such reports or summary, or (ii) reveal the source of all or part of such reports or summary, provided that, ▇-▇ may reveal the summary of the Test Information to the Collaborator. 2.6.3 Any individual or entity not otherwise bound by the provisions of Section 8 below between RPI and ▇-▇ given access to any Test Information or reports or summary thereof shall be obligated to sign a binding confidentiality agreement containing terms substantially the same as those set forth in this Section and Section 8 hereof.
Test Information. 6.1 Good time keeping throughout the test is essential. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the delegate is fully briefed and made aware of all test requirements before the test takes place. This must include the provision of all relevant PPE as required under the HSE legislation and policies. 6.2 Delegates must attend the whole of the test to qualify for certification. Late arrivals (up to 30 minutes) may not be admitted onto tests. 6.3 The Company will provide certification to the Client as soon as possible after payment for the course. 6.4 Tests may be altered if 24 hours’ notice is provided by both parties. If the Client does not provide 24 hours’ notice, then the Company is entitled to charge the full fee as outlined and confirmed when the booking was made is due.
