Common use of Test Events Clause in Contracts

Test Events. SCE may conduct up to two test events (“Test Events”) per calendar year during the Term of this Agreement. Seller shall be entitled to receive a Delivered Energy Payment and a Delivered Capacity Payment for each hour of the Test Events, which shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions of Sections 3.4 and 3.5 above.
