Common use of TERRITORY ASSISTANCE Clause in Contracts

TERRITORY ASSISTANCE. (1) The Company shall from time to time make application to the Commonwealth or to the Commonwealth constituted agency, authority or instrumentality concerned for the grant to it of any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, licence under the laws of the Commonwealth required for the purposes of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ River Project. (2) On request by the Company and where appropriate, the Territory shall make representations to the Commonwealth or to the Commonwealth constituted agency, authority or instrumentality concerned for the grant to the Company of any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, licence or permission referred to in sub-clause (1) of this clause.
