Common use of Terms Subject to the Plan Clause in Contracts

Terms Subject to the Plan. This Award Agreement is expressly subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, as indicated in the Participant’s Notice of Grant of Award. A copy of the Plan is available from the Corporate Secretary upon request. In the event there is a conflict between the terms of the Plan and this Award Agreement, the terms of the Plan shall control.
