DSU Account a. The Company shall credit to a bookkeeping account (the “Account”) maintained by the Company, or a third party on behalf of the Company, for the Director’s benefit the DSUs, each of which shall be deemed to be the equivalent of one share of the Company’s common stock, par value $.0.01 per share (each, a “Share”).
DSU Account. The Company shall credit to a bookkeeping account (the “Account”) maintained by the Company for the Director’s benefit the DSUs, each of which shall be deemed to be the equivalent of one Share. Whenever any cash dividends are declared on the Shares, on the date such dividend is paid, the Company will credit to the Account a number of additional DSUs equal to the result of dividing (i) the product of the total number of DSUs credited to the Account on the record date for such dividend and the per Share amount of such dividend by (ii) the Fair Market Value of one Share on the date such dividend is paid by the Company to the holders of Shares. The additional DSUs shall be or become vested to the same extent as the DSUs that resulted in the crediting of such additional DSUs.
DSU Account. Celestica shall keep or cause to be kept records for Onex, including an account (the “Account”) showing the number of DSUs, as determined in accordance with paragraph 2(a), and in each case rounded to two decimal places, that Onex has been granted.
DSU Account. The Company shall cause an account (the “Unit Account”) to be established and maintained on the books of the Company to record the number of DSUs credited to Director under the terms of this Agreement. Director’s interest in the Unit Account shall be that of a general, unsecured creditor of the Company.

  • Cash Account Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account shall be deposited during the period it is credited to the Account in one or more deposit accounts at Bank or at Bank's London Branch. Any non-cash distributions received by a Trust shall be sold to the extent they would be treated as dividend or interest income under the Internal Revenue Code and the proceeds shall be credited to the Income Account. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, non-cash distributions received by a Trust (other than a non-taxable distribution of the shares of the distributing corporation which shall be retained by a Trust) shall be dealt with in the manner described in Section 3.11, herein, and shall be retained or disposed of by such Trust according to those provisions and the proceeds thereof shall be credited to the Capital (Principal) Account. Neither the Trustee nor the Depositor shall be liable or responsible in any way for depreciation or loss incurred by reason of any such sale. All other distributions received by a Trust shall be credited to the Capital (Principal) Account."
