TERMS SHEET. The Term “Terms Sheet” shall mean the page inserted at the front of this contract entitled “Sales Agreement - Basic Terms” which sheet is made a part hereof.
TERMS SHEET. PD-103 SOURCES There is attached to the Agreement as Schedule 2 a Terms Sheet for Pd-103 Sources. NAMS shall supply the Pd-103 Sources to MENTOR, and MENTOR shall have the exclusive right to market and distribute the Pd-103 Sources in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Terms Sheet attached as Schedule 2 to this First Amendment to the Agreement.
TERMS SHEET. Any deposit made hereunder shall be paid to the Escrow Agent who shall hold the same as escrow agent subject to the terms and conditions hereof and release same to SELLER at the time of closing or to the party entitled thereto upon sooner termination of this Agreement. Any other deposits held by other parties shall immediately be forwarded to the Escrow Agent to be held under the same conditions. In the event of any actual or claimed dispute, the Escrow Agent may commence an action of interpleader or similar proceeding and may deposit the down payment with a court of competent jurisdiction, whereupon said attorney shall have no further liability or obligation with regard to said funds. Mortgage company checks or similar holding company checks, unless certified, DO NOT represent immediate funds and will not be accepted at the time of closing. Trustee checks are NOT acceptable funds for any payment required under Paragraph 2(c) of this Agreement
TERMS SHEET. This Agreement supersedes the Terms Sheet between the Parties dated May 6, 2005, which is hereby terminated and of no further force and effect.
TERMS SHEET. Practices at CDF and HMF. Defendants shall continue or implement the following practices and procedures arising from the COVID-191 outbreak at CDF to ensure the health and safety of detainees/residents2 of CDF and HMF, in accordance with the parties’ agreement and CDC recommendations. Terms that are based upon, or reflect, current CDC recommendations and/or guidelines will adopt and incorporate any changes to the CDC’s recommendations.
