NAMS shall supply the Pd-103 Sources to MENTOR, and MENTOR shall have the exclusive right to market and distribute the Pd-103 Sources in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Terms Sheet attached as Schedule 2 to this First Amendment to the Agreement.

TERMS SHEET. A. Practices at CDF and HMF. Defendants shall continue or implement the following practices and procedures arising from the COVID-191 outbreak at CDF to ensure the health and safety of detainees/residents2 of CDF and HMF, in accordance with the parties’ agreement and CDC recommendations. Terms that are based upon, or reflect, current CDC recommendations and/or guidelines will adopt and incorporate any changes to the CDC’s recommendations.

TERMS SHEET. Any deposit made hereunder shall be paid to the Escrow Agent who shall hold the same as escrow agent subject to the terms and conditions hereof and release same to SELLER at the time of closing or to the party entitled thereto upon sooner termination of this Agreement.
