Terms Not Changed; General. Unless expressly modified or waived by the terms of this Agreement, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original but all of which when taken together shall constitute one contract.
