Terms Defined in. (a) the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions") set out in Schedule 4 to the trust deed to be dated on or about the date hereof and made between the Issuer and the Trustee (the "Trust Deed"); or (b) in any of the Relevant Documents (as defined in Condition 3) but not specifically defined in this Agreement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meanings when used in this Agreement and the recitals above.
