Common use of Terms Conflict Clause in Contracts

Terms Conflict. All other terms and conditions contained in the Lease, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Seventh Amendment, the Eighth Amendment and the Ninth Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and this Tenth Amendment shall not affect any provisions of the Lease, except as otherwise set forth herein. In the event there is any conflicting language between this Tenth Amendment and the Lease, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Seventh Amendment, the Eighth Amendment, and the Ninth Amendment, this Tenth Amendment shall prevail.
