Any and all Products offered and furnished under any award category shall comply fully with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The Order of Precedence clause in the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions and/or Participating Addendum will control in the event of any conflict between the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement and/or Participating Addendum and the Product Terms and Conditions.
