TERMS AGREED. 2.1 Whilst this letter remains in force, the provisions within paragraph 3 below will take effect and the terms of the Lease will continue in effect as amended by this letter. 2.2 This letter does not release either of us from any breaches of the Lease existing at the date of this letter.
