CAUSE At any time following the culmination of the fifth year of the Initial Term, either Party may, at its discretion, give notice of its desire to terminate this Agreement, without the need to provide the reasons for its decision, by means of advance, written notice to the other Party, and this Agreement shall terminate upon the expiry of 18 months following the delivery of such notice, or at such later date of termination as may be stipulated in such notice.
