Termination Without Cause   3. 2.2.1 BMO may, at its option, terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to Carrier, whereupon this Agreement shall terminate on a date which shall be ninety (90) days after the giving of such notice, or such later date as BMO may specify in its notice to Carrier.
