Termination Upon Fraud or Otherwise. Failure or inability to pay which is the result of disposition of Resident's assets or fraud or misrepresentation by Resident shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement. Failure or inability to pay when it has been determined by the Facility that the Resident has the ability shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement.
