Termination upon Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned by the Adviser and shall automatically terminate immediately upon any assignment. Nothing herein shall prevent the Advisor from employing any other persons or agents, including Madison Investment Advisors, Inc., at its own expense, to assist it in the performance of its duties hereunder.
