Termination upon 90-Day Notice. This Agreement may be terminated by either party without cause upon ninety days prior notice. If either party terminates the Agreement pursuant to this Paragraph, Pershing shall have the right to impose reasonable limitations upon Broker’s activities during the period between the giving of Notice and the transfer of Broker’s accounts.
