InfoMax. Broker agrees to familiarize itself with the basic guidelines to First Clearing’s operations and other policies and procedures as contained in the InfoMax system, including but not limited to the OpsMax portion of the system (collectively “InfoMax”), along with any modifications or supplements to such procedures as may be issued from time to time, whether disseminated by FCC via InfoMax or by other means. Broker agrees that it will be familiar with all applicable policies and procedures.
