Common use of Termination Summary Clause in Contracts

Termination Summary. 16 CONTRACTOR shall include a closing summary of all issues regularly 17 reported in the monthly evaluation, including records relating to treatment of CONTRACTOR 18 the YOUNfi ADULT, any monies (i.e., savings) owed to YOUNfi ADULT, and an 19 inventory of YOUNfi ADULT's personal belongings and clothing.
