Termination Statement. Upon payment in full of the Obligations, Secured Party shall, upon request, deliver to Debtor a termination statement releasing the Collateral from the liens created by this Agreement and do all further acts and execute and deliver all instruments and documents necessary to terminate the security interests granted herein.
