Common use of Termination pursuant to Clause in Contracts

Termination pursuant to. Article 10.2 shall be effected by a thirty (30) day written notice which shall, as of the date stated therein, terminate the license granted hereunder, together with all rights of the Licensee under this Agreement, without prejudice to the right of the Licensor to xxx for and recover any damages or benefit due to the Licensor, and without prejudice to the remedy that either Party may have in respect of any previous breach of this Agreement.
