Termination Point Clause Samples
The Termination Point clause defines the specific conditions or date at which an agreement or contract will end. Typically, this clause outlines whether the contract concludes upon completion of certain obligations, after a set period, or upon the occurrence of a particular event. By clearly establishing when the contractual relationship ceases, the clause provides certainty for all parties and helps prevent disputes over the duration or conclusion of the agreement.
