Termination or Non Renewal. All rights and licenses granted by AOAC-RI to LICENSEE shall terminate immediately and LICENSEE shall refrain immediately from using the ▇▇▇▇ upon any termination of this Agreement. However, LICENSEE's obligations under Paragraphs 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, and 19 of this Agreement shall continue indefinitely beyond termination or non-renewal.
