Common use of Termination or Modification of Contract Clause in Contracts

Termination or Modification of Contract. This Contract may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties at any time. The Institution or facility or FSMC may terminate this Contract for cause or convenience upon thirty (30) days written notice. This Contract may be modified upon thirty (30) days written notice in order to comply with any new legislation, regulations, and policies governing the CACFP.
