Termination or Discontinuation. In the event You wish to discontinue Online Banking, You must notify Us in writing. We may modify, suspend or terminate Your privilege of using Online Banking and may withhold approval of any transaction, at any time, without prior notice to You. In the event We terminate Online Banking, We will try to notify You in advance but are not required to do so. You will be notified as soon as practicable. Any one person who can use the Account accessible with Online Banking may terminate Online Banking. Neither termination nor discontinuation shall affect Your liability or obligation under this Agreement.
