Common use of TERMINATION OR COMMUTATION OF INURING RETROCESSIONS Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OR COMMUTATION OF INURING RETROCESSIONS. (a) With respect to any Inuring Retrocessions providing coverage solely with respect to the Reinsurance Contract, Retrocedant agrees, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, that Retrocedant shall not take any action or fail to take any action that would reasonably result in the termination or commutation of, or any material change in the coverage provided by, any Inuring Retrocession, without the prior written consent of the Retrocessionaire, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
