Common use of Termination on Audit Clause in Contracts

Termination on Audit. The Customer may terminate this Contract by serving notice in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice if the Supplier commits a Default of clauses 32.1 to and 32.5 and clause 32.7 (Records and Audit Access).
