Termination of Trust or Series or Class. 10.1.1. Unless terminated as provided herein, the Trust shall continue without limitation of time. The Trust may be terminated at any time by the Trustees by written notice to the Shareholders, subject to the right of Shareholders, if any, to vote pursuant to Section 7.1.
