TERMINATION OF THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT. Subject to Section 11 hereof, this Security Agreement shall terminate upon the payment and performance in full of the Secured Obligations. Upon any such termination, the Collateral Agent will, at the Grantors' expense, execute and deliver to the Grantors such documents as the Grantors shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.

TERMINATION OF THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT. Subject to Section 11 hereof, this Security Agreement shall terminate upon the payment and performance in full of the Secured Obligations. Upon Obligations and the expiration or termination of any such termination, commitment of the Collateral Agent will, at the Grantors' expense, execute and deliver Secured Parties to the Grantors such documents as the Grantors shall reasonably request make Loans to evidence such terminationGrantor.

Upon any such termination, Obligations and the Collateral Agent will, at termination of Grantor's commitments under the Grantors' expense, execute and deliver to the Grantors such documents as the Grantors shall reasonably request to evidence such terminationLoan Agreement.

TERMINATION OF THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT. Subject to Section 11 10 hereof, this Security Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the payment and performance in full of the Secured Obligations. Upon any the termination of this Agreement, each Grantor is authorized to file such termination, the Collateral Agent will, at the Grantors' expense, execute and deliver to the Grantors such documents as the Grantors shall termination statements or other instruments it deems reasonably request necessary to evidence the termination of the security interest granted pursuant to this Security Agreement and the Secured Parties agree to cooperate with such terminationreasonable requests as each Grantor may make in connection therewith.

Subject to Section 11 hereof9(f), this Security Agreement shall terminate upon the later to occur of the full, complete and final payment and performance in full of the Secured Obligations. Upon any such termination, Obligations and the Collateral Agent will, at termination of Lender’s commitments under the Grantors' expense, execute and deliver to the Grantors such documents as the Grantors shall reasonably request to evidence such terminationLoan Agreement.
