Termination of the SARs. (a) The SARs shall have a term of five years from the Date of Grant and shall terminate at the expiration of that period (on May 13, 2014), unless the SARs are terminated at an earlier date pursuant to the provisions of this Stock Appreciation Right Agreement or the Plan.
