TERMINATION OF THE FRAMEWORK. 30.1 In addition to the reasons set out in Clause 26.2, COI may at any time by notice in writing terminate this Framework Agreement as from the date of service of such notice, or a later date specified in such notice, if any of the termination events specified in this Clause 30.2 to 30.5 occur.
