Termination of the Certificate Administrator. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Depositor or any Other Depositor may terminate the Certificate Administrator upon five Business Days’ notice if the Certificate Administrator fails to comply with any of its obligations under this Article 13 provided that such termination shall not be effective until a successor Certificate Administrator shall have accepted the appointment.
