Common use of Termination of Series 2009-1 Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Termination of Series 2009-1 Reserve Account. On or after the date on which the Series 2009-1 Notes are fully paid the Trustee, acting in accordance with the written instructions of the Administrator, shall withdraw from the Series 2009-1 Reserve Account all remaining amounts on deposit therein and pay such amounts to HVF.

On or after Upon the date on which termination of the Series 2009-1 Notes are fully paid Indenture pursuant to Section 11.1 of the Base Indenture, the Trustee, acting in accordance with the written instructions of the Administrator, after the prior payment of all amounts owing to the Series 2009-1 Noteholders and payable from the Series 2009-1 Reserve Account as provided herein, shall withdraw from the Series 2009-1 Reserve Account all remaining amounts on deposit therein and pay such amounts for payment to HVFABRCF.
