Termination of Salary & Benefits. Teachers who have resigned or who are terminated for any other reason may choose to be paid all compensation within ten (10) days of the last work day or may continue their regular twice monthly pay through the end of August. If a teacher takes all pay within ten (10) days of the last work day, insurance benefits shall terminate on the last day of the month in which final compensation is made. Board paid insurance benefits shall terminate on the last day of the month in which final compensation is made.
