Common use of Termination of Plans Clause in Contracts

Termination of Plans. If the Company is so requested by the Trustee (acting pursuant to a Deliverables Notice from the Requisite Holders), promptly and in any event within ten (10) days after receipt thereof by the Company or any member of the Controlled Group from the PBGC, copies of each notice received by the Company or any such member of the Controlled Group of the PBGC’s intention to terminate any Plan or to have a trustee appointed to administer any Plan. The Trustee shall promptly send to each Holder a copy of any such notice that it receives from the Company after Trustee receives such Deliverables Notice.
