TERMINATION OF MATERIAL PROCUREMENT COMMITMENTS. 7.1 If the Agreement is terminated with respect to any Aircraft, then the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to undelivered spare parts, services, data or other items to be purchased hereunder and which are applicable to those Aircraft for which the Agreement has been terminated will also be terminated. Unused Material in excess of the Buyer’s requirements due to such termination may be repurchased by the Seller, at the Seller’s option, as provided in Article 2.7.
