Termination of Mapping Array Program. The Mapping Array Program described in this Section 3.3. will commence on the Effective Date and will continue during the term of this Agreement; provided that either party may terminate the Mapping Array Program before the expiration or termination of this Agreement with written notice to the other party which is received at least sixty (60) days prior to any anniversary of the Effective Date. In the event of early termination, Cubist shall immediately cease primary screens of the Mapping Array compounds but may (i) continue performing confirmatory screens of previously identified Active Compounds and (ii) request that the Research Committee designate any Active Compounds as Collaboration Compounds. all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
