Common use of Termination of Letter Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Letter Agreement. This Letter Agreement shall automatically terminate, without further action by the parties hereto, and shall be of no further force or effect, upon the earlier of (i) the termination of the Merger Agreement or (ii) the termination of your employment with the Company.
