Common use of Termination of Interest in Trust Indenture Estate Clause in Contracts

Termination of Interest in Trust Indenture Estate. A Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Trust Indenture Estate when and if the principal amount of and Make-Whole Premium, if any, and interest on and other amounts due under all Certificates held by such Holder and all other sums payable to such Holder hereunder shall have been paid in full.
