TERMINATION OF HAP CONTRACT FOR WRONGFUL SELECTION OF CONTRACT UNITS. The HAP contract may be terminated upon at least 30 days notice to the owner by the PHA or HUD if the PHA or HUD determines that the contract units were not eligible for selection in conformity with HUD requirements.
