Common use of Termination of Guarantees and Reimbursement Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Guarantees and Reimbursement Arrangement. Evidence that (i) the Guarantees executed by each of the Acquired Companies in favor of U.S. Bank have been terminated, (ii) that the First Amendment to the Lease between Physician Services Buildings LLC and Support Services Company, pursuant to which Support Services Company is obligated to reimburse Physician Services Buildings LLC under certain circumstances as referenced on Section 3.14 of the Disclosure Letter has been terminated and (iii) any other instrument or agreement pursuant to which either of the Acquired Companies has guaranteed the obligations of any other person or entity has been terminated.
