Common use of Termination of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence that the Existing Credit Agreement concurrently with the Closing Date is being terminated and all Liens securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement concurrently with the Closing Date are being released.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a payoff letter, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, regarding all indebtedness under Existing Credit Agreement which will be paid on the Closing Date with proceeds of Loans.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence that the Existing Credit Agreement concurrently with the Closing Date is being terminated and all Liens securing obligations outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement concurrently with the Closing Date are being releasedrepaid in full and the commitments of the lenders thereunder are being terminated.
