Common use of Termination of Escrow Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent's responsibilities hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of the termination of the Purchase Agreement, the termination or rescission of this Agreement by mutual consent of the Company and the Purchaser, the disbursement of the Escrow Property into court under Section 5 hereof, and the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h) hereof.

Termination of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent's ’s responsibilities hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of the termination of the Purchase Agreement, the termination or rescission of this Escrow Agreement by mutual consent of the Company and the PurchaserParties, the disbursement of the Escrow Property Escrowed Shares pursuant to this Agreement hereof, the disbursement of the Escrowed Shares into court under Section 5 pursuant to this Agreement hereof, and the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h) pursuant to this Agreement hereof.

Termination of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent's ’s responsibilities hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of the termination of the Purchase Agreement, (a) the termination or rescission of this Escrow Agreement by mutual consent of the Company WHDX,11i and the PurchaserEscrow Agent, (b) the disbursement of the Escrow Property Property, including into court under Section 5 4 hereof, and (c) the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h5(h) hereof.

Termination of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent's responsibilities hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) the Escrow Agent's receipt of written notice of termination of the Purchase AgreementAcquisition, the termination or rescission signed by duly authorized representatives of this Agreement by mutual consent of the Company KETI and the Purchaser, LTGI; (b) the disbursement of the Escrow Property Funds, including into court under Section 5 hereof, and as contemplated hereby; (c) the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h) hereof; or (d) failure to complete the Acquisition by May 2, 2005.

The Escrow Agent's ’s responsibilities hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur earlier of the termination of the Purchase Agreement, the termination or rescission of this Agreement by mutual consent of the Company and the Purchaser, the disbursement of the Escrow Property Property, including into court under Section 5 hereof, and or the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h) hereof.

Termination of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent's responsibilities ------------------------------- hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of the termination of the Purchase Acquisition Agreement, the termination or rescission of this Agreement by mutual consent of the Company and the Purchaser, the disbursement of the Escrow Property into court under Section 5 hereof, and the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h6(f) hereof.

Termination of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent's ’s responsibilities hereunder shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of the termination of the Purchase Agreement, the termination or rescission of this Escrow Agreement by mutual consent of the Company and parties, the Purchaserrelease or return of the Escrow Shares under Section 3, the disbursement of the Escrow Property Shares into court under Section 5 hereof4, and or the resignation of the Escrow Agent under Section 6(h) hereof5.

Termination of Escrow Agreement.
