Termination of Employment by ITG for Cause. If Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause as provided in Section 8.1(C), Executive shall be entitled to receive the Base Salary to which he was entitled through the Termination Date, and such other benefits as may be available to him through ITG’s benefit plans and policies in effect on the Termination Date, other than any accrued but unpaid bonus compensation, which shall be forfeited.
